Is CommTrack free to download?
Yes. CommTrack is free to download on iOS and Android with full core commission tools. CommTrack Pro is an optional subscription that adds AI deal-sheet scanning, Excel export, and other advanced features. Tips to support development are optional in-app purchases.
How do I set up my commission plan?
After creating your account, go to the Settings tab and select "Commission Settings." From there you can configure commission rates by vehicle type, bonus tiers based on units sold, salary structures, and any custom rules that match your dealership's pay plan.
Can I use CommTrack for both new and used vehicles?
Yes. CommTrack supports separate commission configurations for new vehicles, used vehicles, and any other categories you define. Each sale can be tagged with its vehicle type and the correct commission rate is applied automatically.
How do I generate a PDF report?
Go to the Reports tab, select the time period (weekly or monthly), and tap "Generate PDF." The report is created instantly and you can share it, print it, or save it to your device.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I use CommTrack on multiple devices?
Yes. Your account syncs across devices. Log in with the same account on any iOS or Android device to access all your sales records and settings.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account from within the App under Settings → Account → Delete Account. All your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also email us at info@commtrackpro.com to request data deletion.
What platforms is CommTrack available on?
CommTrack is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android. Download it from the App Store or Google Play.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Please email us at support@commtrackpro.com with a description of the issue, your device model, and your operating system version. We take bug reports seriously and aim to fix issues quickly.
